Upon customer request, MISA Metal Processing routinely applies dry film lubrication to coils in order to improve corrosion protection, eliminate oil migration with resulting performance variations, and improve formability in subsequent stamping operations. MISA dry lubes are available for a wide range of materials including carbon, stainless and coated sheet steels, as well as aluminum alloys.
